I just received the following memo from the desk of David Forest regarding the arrest of his client, muscle hunk Mark Dalton: To: All Concerned

Re: MARK DALTON
On June 21, 2007, the following MISDEMEANOR charges were filed against MARK DALTON in Denton County, Texas:
- Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence
- Interference With An Emergency Call
Mark will be arraigned on both charges on July 16, 2007 at the Denton County Criminal Court.
The Texas Department of Corrections PAROLE BOARD will not address Mark's parole status until these cases have been adjudicated.
Dalton will continue to be held at the Denton County Jail with NO BAIL.

HAHAHA! No bail for a no-show! Mark Dalton is a fucking loser, he proved that to me when he failed to show up for a performance in Greensboro North Carolina a few months ago. The club had to scramble to make it right, but it was too late - considering my friends and I drove five hours to see this guy and he never showed. Come to find out, he never even got on the jet to come to Greensboro. I complained to David Forest and he offered to send me a free Mark Dalton DVD. Props for trying to make it right David, but that's the last thing I want to see after the bitch stood everybody up. Mark Dalton is a pig and a loser - and a thug too apparently. I hope he enjoys being in jail. Oh, and some advice for David Forest. With so much other talent out there, why waste your time with a pig like Mark Dalton? MOVE ON!
