Nice Guys Finish Last with Tyler Faith
Faith complimented KSEX on the new studio and said she really missed doing her show and talking to her fans but that it was a comittment she would never be able to hold to doing again. "I'm traveling so much," she said, noting she's feature dancing across the country now on a regular basis, a new chapter in her career since her video production company Team Tyler is currently on hiatus. "We obviously made a bad choice with our distributor," says Faith. "Black Widow came to us and since they were new we thought they were really hungry and thought it might be better to go with them than a bigger company where we would get lost or forgotten. But it was the wrong choice."
Faith says she would like to relaunch Team Tyler at some point with a new distributor and has also been in talks with best friend Jill Kelly about the two of them starting a company together. "It might happen," she smiled. "It would be nice. We're talking about it." Though the two have been best buds since the day they met over a decade ago, Faith says they've never been sexually intimate off camera. "We've slept in the same bed together even and it's just never been like that," she says.
Bringing up the ex's is always a soft spot for Faith, but she felt comfortable speaking frankly about them for the first time, referring to Kurt Lockwood as her personal "sex toy." "I just wasn't that deep into it," she explains when asked why it didn't work out between the two of them. "There were a lot of feelings there and they weren't returned on my part. I mean, the relationship for me was really based in him just being my sex toy, my boy toy. I feel bad, that sounds really shallow but it's true. I'm not going to sit here and lie and tell you great things about myself. We're talking again and that's a good thing. He's a nice guy. He's a good guy. He's not the guy you read about. I don't know why he writes those things online, I don't know why he acts the way he does because that's not who he is in private at all."
I agreed that of all the times I'd hung out with Lockwood he was nothing like he portrays himself to be as a public figure and that he'd never been anything but kind to me.
When it came to her relationship with Wankus, she said that while she misses him it's not something she would be willing to try again. "We exhausted it," she says. "I did some things that were really unforgivable too. Towards the end when things were really bad and we couldn't even figure out why we were fighting anymore or what we were fighting about, I slept with one of his best friends and so, that's that."
Faith said that she was originally attracted to Wankus's on-air personality. "I like guys who are arrogant," she says. "I like guys who walk into a room and say 'fuck you' to everyone. Because I'm like that, too!"
"But didn't you know he's a marshmallow underneath all of that?" I asked. "He's the sweetest, kindest guy. That's not who he really is."
"No, I didn't know that," says Faith. "And see, that's not what I want. I don't want a nice guy. I have guys throwing themselves at me. I could have sex with any guy I want."
I asked her what she would do if she received an email from a guy who instead of praising her and begging to fuck her, instead told her he didn't understand why she was such a big deal and that she really wasn't all that attractive or anything special.
"I'd probably marry him," says Tyler. "That will probably be the person I marry."
