Six years ago today, it was The 2002 GayVN Awards.

I spent a great deal of time with Christian Owen. It was strange having people approach me to tell me that we're such a cute "couple" when we really aren't a couple at all. I felt like I had to keep clarifying that we were just dating, just friends. But when people tell you something enough, you start to believe it, and I began really looking at Christian in a different light through most of the parties we attended. That light would quickly fade as he'd head off to the bathroom with Andy Hunter or I'd head off to the guest bedroom with Sean Storm. It was just strange! I didn't know how to feel. Shouldn't I be jealous? Why am I not? Or am I? I couldn't decide. ... It was also weird hanging with Jason McCain in a gay porn environment.
Chi Chi LaRue can't believe I threw Snoop Dog out of my suite party at the AVN's and is so proud. Nino Bacci said I was one of the cutest boys he'd seen all evening. Paul Barresi thinks I'd be perfect for the TV show, Angel. Billy Masters says I was dressed like Stevie Nicks meets Marilyn Manson. Wow. Guess I really am in gay porn's inner circle now, huh?
