The Biggest Show Update Ever

Okay, okay! So I know I've been a bit remiss when it has come to the updates lately, but the first few times of hosting four shows a week really took its toll on me! Booking the shows, promoting the shows, hosting the shows, putting together the VIP guest lists for the shows, (um... drinking myself into oblivion at all the shows!) , and in the meantime negotiating and putting together the format for a new Internet talk show (stay tuned! announcement tomorrow!), working for my PR clients and updating other parts of the site. Whoa! It's been a lot.

But I'm getting a little more used to it. The first few weeks were the hardest. Now the shows are finding their own groove and starting to operate on their own.

Well, since shooting this a couple weeks ago, I am pleased to say that one of the shows in question, the Thursday night happy hour at MJ'sBar, hit well over the hundred mark (near 170 in attendance actually!) last week -- and the week before that, we managed to go from barely anyone on Friday night happy hour at Here Lounge at all to over 3 dozen guests. Special thanks to people like James "Joyce" Dewitt, Dee Dee, Jonathan Chang, Josh Griffin, Cameron Marshall and Lex Sabre for bringing out their friends to the horniest happy hours on Earth, always attending every show and/or dancing the night away for nothing! You guys are all the best supporters a local X-list host could ever hope for. :-P
