Harlow Cuadra Found Guilty
During his time as a witness, Cuadra managed to clear Brent Corrigan and Grant Roy of having anything whatsoever to do with the murder. When asked if Cuadra was in any way trying to claim they were involved in Bryan Kocis's death, Harlow simply replied, "No."
Cuadra said his business partner and lover, Joseph Kerekes, slayed Kocis in "a jealous rage."
Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, but claims he did not kill Kocis himself. He was expected to testify on behalf of Cuadra, but upon taking the witness stand, announced, much to the defense's surprise, "I've been thinking a lot about my parents and it would destroy them if I said something that I didn't do."
The jury took three and a half hours to deliberate, asking the judge, "Can we convict on first degree murder if we don't believe Harlow Cuadra slit Bryan Kocis' throat. Can you explain?" The judge explained that they could if they felt he was an accomplice.
Following the guilty verdict, Cuadra may face the death penalty, which will be decided Friday.

Told ya so!
no surprise here. I hope he gets death

Seems justice takes its sweet ass time!
But justice it was and well worth waiting for.
There are no winners here..doesn't matter what the outcome of the verdict was. Kocis will always be labeled as a guy who takes advantage of kids, Brent will always be looked down up on and his association with all these thugs will always be brought up.
Cuadra is probably getting the chair....
