Dominik's Return To Bareback (And How It Almost Cost Him A Job with Steve Cruz)

Dominik Rider recently went back to what he's all but referred to as his first love, shooting bareback movies! He's named a few reasons why: 1) He's no longer receiving many offers from mainstream companies. 2) He hates the hypocrisy of so many porn stars who speak out against barebacking in public but then ask to cum in his ass off camera. 3) He really really likes it!

After The Sword caught word of Dominik's blog wherein he announces all this and more, they posted an article about it and nearly lost him a job with director/performer Steve Cruz who then then proceeded to write his own blog where he asks readers if they respect Dominik for living his truth and going after the opportunities he can, and if it is possible for Steve to promote safe sex himself while still employing models who have chosen to bareback.

The thing I love most about Steve's blog is how he refers to only being able to live his own truth and how his strategy with his HowIRoll.com has always been to be "FOR something as opposed to against something else."

In an age where we as gays are trying very hard to not discriminate or tell other people how to live their lives and trying to get the government out of our bedrooms altogether, it's a very very interesting debate to me and one that is carried out in Steve and Dominik's blogs in a very civil way as opposed to just screaming and attacking each other's beliefs.
