Markie Retires ...For Now!
Markie says he's getting his dream job working as a backup singer in a Las Vegas revue at The Palms that Barry Manilow will be arranging and Justin Timerblake will have a hand in as well! He is halting all things porn-related for now and hopes to parlay this into a full-time career for himself, something that has been his dream since day one.
Congrats, Markie! Let us know when the show launches so we can all come see you in action!
Wow, between this and the Ginch Gonch boys (who were everywhere in Hollywood over the weekend, by the way -- they are working Benjamin Bradley and Ethan Reynolds to death at every red carpet in town, from the Boy Culture premiere party to Perez Hilton's birthday bash) more and more gay porn stars are parlaying themselves into a more mainstream line of work.

Jason can we have "character actors" or the equivalent in Porn? Thats Markie! I remember his first videos at Factory and he struck me from the beginning as a sexual creature,insatiable, not conventionally handsome but a guy who was comfortable on camera and who always made his scene in frequently mediocre videos a standout. He did the job and he made it fun. So yeah well miss him in porn But somehow I think Markie will make a "comeback"
