Porn Star Blossoming: Andy Kirra

Despite Angel Benton's blogs detailing Andy Kirra's descents into drunkeness (that's gotta be real good for business), the hottie gay porn hobbit has actually been the picture of health lately, working out on a regular basis and readying himself for two upcoming movies, no longer under exclusivity to Adonis Pictures.

One of those movies is the exciting Active Duty flick that will pair the company's real-life marines with real-life porn stars. Constant readers know that an Active Duty flick is usually my "Pick of the Month" in the JC Theatre every other month. They are the biggest, most bad ass underground porn company out there and Dink Flamingo is perhaps the most underrated and unacknowledged of gay porn directors. I'm excited to see what they do with this new foray into the "celebrity" side of gay porn.

You can keep up with Andy on his blog over at thatguyandy.blogspot.com -- and I have to say, unlike a lot of new porn bloggers, Andy's posts are really entertaining. They are often cryptic, always tongue in cheek and even self-depricating. But the biggest shock is that he's actually just a damned good writer. Dorothy Parker would be proud.
