Dalton has also given his first interview to VincentLambert.com where he discusses being incarcerated, his daughter and his plans for the future.

Prison gives you plenty of weights and time to lift them.
Gosh, he looks amazing! I remember him making an appearance at "Cocktails with the Stars" and finding him to be quite a charming guy -- he was very approachable and friendly.
